James Stuart:  Oh perfect. I was about to call you.
Maria Martinez:  Well, you wanted to meet Ms. Thomson and see our
new collection.
James Stuart:  Yes, that’s correct. I’m planning our orders for the next
couple of months. Could you hold on for a minute
Maria, I’ll just check my schedule.
 So, what is the date today?
Maria Martinez:  Today is August 11th.
James Stuart:  The 11th of August. Ah, here we are. So when would be
convenient for you?
Maria Martinez:  Some time next week if possible. Ms. Thomson is going
on a business trip on the 22nd.
 You wrote in your e-mail that you would prefer to meet
her as soon as possible.
James Stuart:  That’s true. I really need to see her before she goes
away. Does she have time on the 17th of August?
Maria Martinez:  Sorry, her schedule is full on Monday.
James Stuart:  Would next Wednesday be okay?
Maria Martinez:  Wednesday, August 19th, let me see. She’s out of the
office all morning, but she’s free around noon.
James Stuart:  Unfortunately, twelve o’clock is difficult. I won’t be able
to make it.
